Version: effective May 30, 2026; last revised May 30, 2026.
Zosafo is a utility app, and privacy coverage for the app is written to address information, content, app activity, purchases, requests, and legal notices handled in connection with ordinary use.
1 How this policy fits ordinary app use
This Privacy Policy applies when you use Zosafo, communicate with us, make an in-app purchase, or otherwise interact with services that support the app. It covers information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a person, subject to the limits of applicable law.
References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of Zosafo. References to “you” mean the person using the app or submitting a privacy request. Where a platform provider, payment processor, hosting provider, analytics provider, or other service provider processes information under its own terms, that provider’s privacy notice may also apply.
2 Private Content Context
Some information placed in or generated through a personal utility app can feel private even when it is not regulated as a special legal category. User content, app records, and related activity may reflect personal organization choices, preferences, or other contextual details. We treat that context as relevant to how we limit use, sharing, retention, and access.
You should avoid adding content that you do not have the right to provide or that belongs to another person without appropriate permission. If information about another person is included in content you provide, you are responsible for having a lawful basis or permission to include it.
3 Which app records are covered here
Zosafo may process user content, app activity records, device and technical details, purchase-related confirmations, support communications, and privacy request materials. Device and technical details can include device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic signals, platform identifiers, and network information used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
For in-app purchases, app-store or payment systems may provide limited entitlement and transaction status records. Full payment credentials are handled by the relevant platform or payment provider.
Support or legal messages may include your email address, message text, files you choose to include, and routing details needed to respond.
4 Reasons information is handled
Information is used to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Zosafo; process and verify in-app purchases; respond to requests; detect misuse or technical problems; keep legally required records; and protect rights, safety, and app integrity.
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, processing may rely on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract or steps connected with your request, consent where required, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, and establishment or defense of legal claims. The exact basis depends on the information, the processing purpose, and the law that applies in your location.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for operational analysis, app quality, and business planning, provided the information is not reasonably used to identify you.
5 When information may be shared
Operational vendors may handle information for Zosafo when they perform work such as infrastructure, storage, diagnostics, security, customer care, app distribution, payment processing, or related app support. Their access is limited to the role they perform for the operator or to duties imposed by platform rules or contract terms.
Disclosure can also occur for legal process, enforceable government or platform requirements, protection of rights and safety, investigation of misuse, or a business transaction involving the app. App stores and payment providers may separately handle information under their own privacy terms when they act outside the operator's instructions.
6 Keeping Information
Records remain only as long as a legal, operational, security, purchase, or request-handling reason calls for them. The length of storage depends on the record type, the purpose for keeping it, and any duty imposed by law, platform rules, tax requirements, accounting needs, or dispute preservation.
After the need ends, the operator deletes the record, turns it into a form that no longer reasonably identifies a person, or keeps it under restricted handling when immediate removal is not practical.
7 Safeguards used to reduce privacy risk
Zosafo uses practical privacy and security controls suited to an accountless utility app. Access limits, provider review, protected transmission or storage where appropriate, internal handling rules, and incident-response steps may be used together to guard information.
Electronic systems still carry risk. If a security event creates a legal notice duty involving personal information, notice will be given in the form and timing required by the applicable law.
8 Minors
A minor's use of Zosafo should occur only with involvement from a parent or guardian who has authority to allow it. When the operator becomes aware that information from a minor has been handled without the permission or legal capacity needed for that situation, the operator will restrict or remove the information as the law requires.
Parents and guardians can use the privacy mailbox to ask for review of a minor-related privacy concern.
9 Privacy choices that may be available under law
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may allow you to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction on certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or appeal a decision on a privacy request.
We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, purchase and transaction recordkeeping, dispute records, technical feasibility, or the rights of others.
You can also make certain choices through your device, operating system, app store, or platform settings. Those settings are controlled by the relevant platform and may affect how app-related information is handled outside Zosafo.
10 How to contact us about privacy questions
The privacy mailbox for Zosafo is support@zosafo.app. Messages sent there are routed for privacy review and answered in a manner appropriate to the request and applicable law.
11 How later privacy changes are handled
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, operational, or service-provider changes. When revisions are made, the version line in this document will be adjusted, and material changes may be communicated through the app, website, platform listing, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of Zosafo after an updated version becomes available means the updated Policy applies to later handling of information, subject to any additional consent or notice required by law.
